I LOVED that the room had two double beds. This was convenient. The staff was very professional. The spa treatments were excellent and the therapists were very good.
The view from the room was directly into offices. I was unable to keep the curtain open! This negated any natural light.

The location is great. It is close to Tower Bridge. Three underground stations are nearby. These are Aldgate, Aldgate East, and Tower Hill. You can quickly travel to any part of the city from here.

The hotel had a pool and sauna. This was AMAZING. I enjoyed the full-length swimming pool, and relaxing in the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. The breakfast selection was varied, the quality WAS good.
